Thank you for purchasing a product from Orraah through Paddle. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for software and digital product transactions.
This policy aligns with Paddle's Refund Policy and explains when a transaction may be withdrawn, canceled, or refunded. It applies to both consumers and businesses.
If local consumer protection laws or supplier terms provide stronger, non-waivable rights, the highest level of protection applies. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
For refund questions, visit paddle.net. This policy forms part of Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency, Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions apply.
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Where local law grants unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights override this policy and any supplier policy.
Eligible EU consumers can use the withdrawal option in the Paddle Customer Portal (via "Manage subscription" or "Manage transaction" links in purchase emails, or via paddle.net). UK consumers may exercise withdrawal rights by contacting Paddle support.
To request a refund, use the support link in your receipt or billing page, or visit paddle.net and select "Request refund."
To cancel a subscription, use the Paddle Customer Portal or request cancellation through paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If eligible, refunds are processed to the same payment method where possible and typically within 14 days of approval. Statutory withdrawals are processed under the withdrawal timelines.
Paddle transaction records are used to verify eligibility and timing, without overriding statutory rights.
If you face persistent technical issues or a material defect preventing access to features or benefits as described:
1) Contact the supplier first to try to resolve the issue or request a refund.
2) If unresolved, contact Paddle support and provide issue details and any supplier response.
3) Where evidence of a material defect exists, Paddle may issue a refund in line with applicable consumer law.
Contact Paddle before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider where possible.
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if requested within 14 days of the transaction date. Submission within 14 days does not guarantee a refund.
Requests are reviewed case-by-case and may be approved in full, approved in part, or declined based on factors including product nature, reason, usage/consumption, and contractual terms.
A discretionary refund is voluntary and does not create future refund obligations for similar requests.
Paddle may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.
This policy is subject to the governing law, complaints, and dispute provisions set out in Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions.
